Responsibilities:Definition of works rules and quality improvement of the process : In collaboration with Quality control, metrology, EHS, design, definition of the appropriate tolerances. Installing, setting, tuning the equipments and vigilance of the limits and tolerances. Optimization of the oven utilizationWorking with MS schedule team to avoid bottle neck in the manufacturing global process (making sure that the oven will be always full, but not transformer waiting for a long time)In case of problem during oven processing, being able to anticipate & measure the delay to allow the rest of manufacturing to react (impacts on final assembly, on test, on dispatch) Improvement of the availability of the equipment Maintaining the equipment with the support of maintenance (increasing preventive maintenance to decrease breakdowns).Making ad hoc studies in case of problem.Requirement:The University student'll graducate in 2011 with major of mechanicalGood communication abilityGood in both oral and written EnglishThe student of Huazhong University of Science and Technology will be preferred.
