负责新产品（涉及CDMA，基于ATCA的智能无线网络平台等）的产业化测试工程，包括：
1. 领导新产品测试方案开发或导入
2. 测试策略制定和优化
3. 测试平台及硬件设计和开发以及持续改进
4. 新产品测试诊断能力的建立

1. Lead the Development and Introduction of the testing solution of the new product
2. definition and optimization of the new product manufacturing Test Strategy
3. design, Implementation and continuous improvement of test Hardware and/or test system
4. To build-up hardware diagnosis and RCA capability in the test engineering team

候选人要求:
1. 2年以上电信行业工作经验，优先考虑掌握无线产品技术领域知识的候选人。具备生产测试开发经验者更佳.
2. 本科及以上学历, 电子通信及计算机等相关专业
3. 良好的英语听说读写技能
4. 至少熟悉以下硬件知识领域（射频，模拟，数字，处理器板， 逻辑等）中2项或以上。具有无线产品硬件开发经验更佳。
5. 具有至少一种原理图和布线的EDA工具的熟练使用经验（如Mentor, ORCAD, POWERPCB, Protel, 等）
6. 熟悉常用无线测试仪器仪表的使用
7. 具有良好的工作积极性和团队精神
8. 良好的沟通技巧和问题解决能力，具备项目管理经验者更佳

1. More than 2 years experience in telecom industry. Knowledge of Wireless product/technology is preferred. (Experience in Manufacturing Testing Development is a plus)
2. Min. Education level: Bachelor degree. Major in: Communication, Computer, Electronics or related field
3. Language ability: Good writing, reading & speaking skills in English
4. Be familiar with at least TWO of the following HW domain: RF, analog, digital, Processor, FPGA/PLD. Experience on wireless product hardware development is a plus
5. Experienced in using at least one of the following schematic/Layout tools: Mentor, ORCAD, POWERPCB, Protel, etc.
6. Be familiar with wireless test instrument usage
7. Good working enthusiasm and teamwork spirit
8. Good in communication skill and problem solving. Experience on project management is a plus
