Consultant (Healthcare) - 医药市场研究顾问

Position Summary - The responsibilities of him/her are to:

1. Assist the manager to plan, design, supervise and analyze research projects.

2. Contact with client, build client rapport and address their business request

3. Provide professional consultancy

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform project management including project planning, supervising, analyze and reporting of research projects:

Fully understand client's business needs

Prioritize market research requirements , plan research projects and use of different data sources under the guide of manager

Data analysis and assist manager on analysis and reporting

Supervise the whole process to ensure the quality of the project and deliverables on time independently

Communication with clients:

Understand the client s business needs and apply them into research design and analysis

Daily contact with client, address their ad-hoc request

Build good relationship with client

Requirements：

Bachelor degree, preferably major in medicine, pharmacy, marketing, economics, ideally a master qualification

Ideally clinical medical background

English language skills are important. CET-6 is a must-have requirement, or above.

Other qualifications:

Able to work under pressure and beyond normal office hours essential

Reliable and able to work to demanding client deadlines

Team work

Excellent interpersonal skills required including strong listening skill and the ability to be empathetic

Good communication skills

Able to travel outside of home office as required

Self confident without being over confident

Ideally healthcare company sales and marketing experience

Ideally overseas work and study experience
