Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Main responsibility:
Penetrating company products into all target projects by personal visit in required area.
Achieving monthly and yearly sales target with support of the supervisor.
Negotiating the best selling price and payment terms under the company policy.
Setting up professional brand image in the target sales market.
Maintaining regular relationship with design firms and property developers.
Organizing and participating in sales market promotion activities.
Requirements:
University degree or above.
English (Good).
0-2 years experience in WOFE or JV in sales of building material industry with good performance recorders.
Knowledgeable in construction business.
Good communication and negotiation skill.
Be familiar with Shanghai project market.
