职位名称：物流协调实习生/助理 Sales Internship
Report to : Logistic Manager

岗位职责：
工作流程（working process）:
1) 接收客户各种形式的订单，包括网上、电子邮件、传真等形式。
Receiving customers'orders by WEBEDI , email , fax and other ways.
2) 将订单内容录入订单明细表中,并整理成SAP源文件表。
Updating the order sheet and some instructed excel sheets to be fit for input to SAP system.
3) 根据客户订单要求制定发货计划,经审核后交各部门会签。有问题立即与客户联络.
Output the orders from SAP system and making the orders information to be the shipment schedule form, email the details to relative dept.including production dept. and quality dept.after checking, requiring the relative dept. arrange the production and inspection , package accordingly. Communicate with customer if any questions asap.
4) 按照生产确认的发货计划要求订舱(制作订舱清单)，制作SAP发货单及出口报关单据及其条码箱单.
Make ocean shipment's shipping notice up to production dept.confirmation and make shipping doc.including bar-code packing list.
5) 将客户FORECAST下载或录入后导入SAP独立需求并制作FORECAST发货计划转至生产部.
Download or enter data for customer forecast order,input to SAP system then make forecast shipping schedule to production dept.
6) 把货代要求的相关文件及时邮件给他们，完成提单确认.在JDSN上录入发货信息（ASN/E-INVOICE），或制作正本发票邮递给客户。
Sending all the required docs to the forwarder ; confirming the draft B/L; making the commercial invoices and express to customers, or submit ASN / E-INVOICE on JDSN.
7)每月查询JDSN中AE记录，遇到问题及时与客户联系。
Checking the AE record on JDSN monthly and communicate with customer if any questions .

实习期表现优秀，可与公司签订劳动合同.

任职资格：
1. 本科大四在读，国际贸易专业背景，成绩优良。
2. 在校期间有社会实践经验，或学生社团经验优先。
3. 具有良好的沟通表达能力，敬业精神及团队合作精神，工作认真负责，能够适应工作压力。
4. 热情自信，积极进取，能迅速投入工作岗位。
5. 性格外向，善于建立人际关系与人沟通。
6. 熟练操作计算机基本应用软件。
7. 熟练的英语听说读写能力。
