高级人才寻访员/调研员

职责描述:

l 为招聘项目进行深入和广泛的搜索,包括desk research,电话寻访和电话筛选,以及行业信息的搜集;

l 服务于项目过程中的寻访、职位推荐、候选人推荐,以及发展新的搜寻服务和方法技巧,比如行业网络,面访和数据库等;

l 对潜在的候选人和信息来源人进行电话访问,以搜集关于候选人的相关信息,并在此基础上为顾问后期的进一步面试准备少数的候选人;

l 协助制作客户文档,比如项目书、候选人简况、候选人报告,以及职位信息;

l 检查相关的报告和文章;与客户公司的高级管理层进行沟通,一道制定出关于具体职位的详细定位和描述;

l 与团队共同成长。

要求:

l 本科以上学历,无专业背景要求;

l 良好的人际交往能力和中英文沟通能力(书写和口语);

l 工作主动、有毅力、有条理,注重工作的流程;

l 充分理解绩效管理和职业化的关系维护,并在此基础上以结果为导向推进工作;

l 能有效融入团队,具备非常强的商业敏锐度和判断力。

Researcher (高级人才寻访员/调研员)

Job Description:

l Intensive and extensive research for recruitment projects, including desk research, telephone research and screening, and information collection

l Contribute to the investigation, recommendation, introduction, and development of new research services and methodologies - through various means such as networking, direct inquiry and databases

l Conduct telephonic calls to potential candidates and sources to obtain relevant information on candidates and to surface and short-list candidates for further interviews with consultants

l Assist in the production of client documents, such as proposals, candidate briefing packs, candidate reports, and position information

l Reviewing relevant reports and literature; interviewing and profiling senior executives of the client’s organization; and working with the client to develop a detailed position specification for the job

l Contribute to the development and growth of the team

Requirements:

l Minimum of Bachelor degree, Master degree is preferred.

l Good interpersonal and communications (both written and oral) skills in English and Mandarin.

l Self-motivated, tenacious, methodical, and process-driven.

l Results-oriented with good understanding of performance management and professional relationships.

l A team player with strong business sense and commercial judgment.
