Report to: China Purchasing Manager
Department: Global Purchasing Organization

Global Purchasing Organization @ SAP was established as a world-wide organization, leveraging the purchasing power of SAP as a whole. The continuous improvement and maintenance of strategies, methods and tools to manage global purchasing and supplier management effectively is one of the major goals. Extending and strengthen internal relationships and building win-win partnerships with preferred suppliers is essential for making the Global Purchasing Organization powerful and effective.
SAP is looking for experienced, energetic and dynamic individual to join us in this exciting role in a global organization. This position will be located in Shanghai, China

Requirements:
·University student or equivalent experience.
·With purchasing experience in multinational company preferably.
·Knowledge on SAP purchasing system will be an added advantage
·Ability to understand business requirements and translate into buying requirements, strike a good balance in doing things differently and effectively.
·Ability to negotiate, influence others and manage stakeholders & suppliers relationship
·Basic knowledge of Words, Excel, PowerPoint application is essential
·Can work at least 4 days / week

Responsibilities:
·Work closely with local internal stakeholders, management teams, global and regional purchasing organization to meet team objectives
·Sourcing and negotiate Goods & Services procurement requirements
·Place purchase order and relevant transaction job at SAP system
·Deliver purchase report and manage compliance of purchasing policy
·Be able to answer inquires from internal stakeholders or external suppliers on procurement related topics/systems
·Purchasing contracts filing & tracking
