Position: Office Assistant (2010 graduates as Internship)

Location: SongJiang

Major Responsibilities:

1. Help Dept to do daily documentation works such as paper filing, data input, system maintenance, reporting making and document translation, etc.

2. Help Dept to set up meeting, make meeting minutes and follow-up related actions.

3. Help Dept to complete related projects through internal and external communications.

4. Assistant with other Dept matters required.

Education Background and Skills:

1. Major in English or Mechanical & Electrical.

2. Good English both in oral and written, and CET 6 is preferred.

3. Strong PC skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

4. Careful and learing motivational

5. A self-motivated team player.
