一、生物饲料工程国家重点实验室主任招聘启事

北京大北农科技集团股份有限公司是以饲料研发、生产、销售为主的农业科技企业，先后被认定为农业产业化国家重点龙头企业、国家认定企业技术中心、国家创新型企业、中关村科技园区百家创新型企业试点单位，建有生物饲料开发国家工程研究中心、中关村海淀园博士后工作站分站。2009年公司销售额为50亿，利润6亿。2010年由科技部批准建立生物饲料工程国家重点实验室（筹），现面向国内外公开招聘实验室主任，热诚欢迎广大国内外优秀专家学者积极应聘。

1、岗位职责

1、全面负责实验室发展建设规划并组织实施；

2、吸引和支持优秀研发带头人和青年研发骨干的发展，构建国内外有影响的高水平创新研发团队；

3、组织承担国家重大科技项目，取得一批具有国际先进水平的标志性科技成果；

4、促进实验室研究工作与多学科交叉融合，加强实验室与国内外学术交流；

2、招聘条件

1、具有高级专业技术职称和博士学位，年龄在35岁—55岁之间；

2、在生物饲料研发领域有10年以上研究经验，具有较高的学术造诣，取得突出成果，在国内外具有较高知名度；

3、德才兼备，爱岗敬业，具有较强的组织管理能力和团队凝聚力，具有较强的英文沟通能力；

4、海外归国人员、长江学者、领军人物等特殊人才优先；具有新产品、新技术、新工艺开发成功经验者优先；懂多国语言者优先。

3、提供的工作条件

1、实验室具有良好的研发条件，相对独立的财务权及人事权，能够满足生物饲料领域的研发需求；

2、为其配备2名副主任和1名秘书协助实验室主任负责实验室的日常管理工作。

In 2010, the establishment of National Key Laboratory of Bio-feed Engineering has been approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology and is under construction. Now, we are looking for domestic and foreign experts and scholars who are full of passion and ambitions, desire to become the director of National Key Laboratory of Bio-feed Engineering.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for laboratory construction, planning, implementation development, and management.

2. To attract and support development of outstanding researchers and young researchers, and establishing a high level of domestic and international R & D team.

3. Carrying out major international scientific and technological projects, and trying to achieve a number of internationally advanced levels of achievements.

4. Promoting and accelerating research work, multi-disciplinary integration, and technology exploration and communicating with domestic and internshitional resources.

Requirements

1. PhD with senior professional titles aged of 35 -55 years old.

2. Minimum of 10 years research experience in the field of bio-feed, with high academic attainments and outstanding achievements, with high popularity, domestic and abroad (desirable).

3. High level of ability, integrity, and dedication.

4. As a project leader with good project management and problem solving skills, as well as within a team setting.

5. Good command of English, preferred with overseas study or working experience, understanding multi-language will be a strong advantage (desirable).

6. Changjiang scholars, pioneer in the relevant research field etc. (desirable).

7. With successful experience on new products, new technology and new process development is preferred.

Working conditions

1. The laboratory with advanced and sufficient working conditions and facilities, relatively independent of financial and the personnel rights, which have met research and development needs in the field of bio-feed.

2. Laboratory Director will be responsible for the daily laboratory management under the assistance of 2 vice-directors and 1 secretary.
