前台兼行政助理(实习生)

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历、人力资源、行政或语言类相关专业；

2、普通话标准，形象气质佳；

3、良好的英语口语能力，能和外籍人士沟通；

3、熟悉office办公软件；
4、愿意主动承担工作，工作细致认真，执行能力强；

5、家住南汇或浦东者优先。

岗位职责：

1、处理日常行政事务如：接收传真，分发快递，预订机票等相关事宜；

2、采购办公用品；

3、食堂的管理工作；

4、上级领导安排的其他工作。

Training in France : Within Technical centers in France (Lens, Monaco or Izernore)
Training duration : From 6 to 36 months depending profile & position
Required profile :English & Chinese language, and French Preferred
