This position will appeal to a professional and well-presented researcher who is energetic with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence in all aspects of customer service and database mining. This position will also appeal to someone working in a market research/database mining or within a call centre environment.

The Position:
1. Work within a highly driven team of recruiters and researchers.
2. Work in with internal search team to identify search strategies (industry map, target company/position, and etc.)
3. Utilize a range of methods to source appropriate candidates, including research, databases and web mining.
4. Maintain and update a sophisticated global database and candidate management system.
5. Market research based on internal/external clients needs

The Requirements:
1. A dedicated individual with experience in a similar research role.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and competing demands without compromising on quality
3. Excellent verbal and written English and native Mandarin communication skills
4. Strong data entry computer skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office and search engines
5. Ability to meet performance targets and think outside the square.
