主要工作职责：
- 熟练使用ePro及ePro scanner系统进行数据录入及文件上传等工作；
- 使用ePro系统制作相关通知文件并通过email、邮递等方式发送给指定的客户；
- 使用ePro系统制作分析报告，并将报告通过email的形式发送给客户；
- 从ePro系统转录数据，并将数据报告通过email发送给客户;
- 更新及维护每日的事务纪录。

职位要求：
- 大专或以上学历，英语、人力资源、或工商管理等相关专业；
- 一年以上工作经验；应届毕业生亦予以考虑；
- 能熟练运用MS XP/Vista以及Office Word, Excel, 以及Powerpoint；
- 良好的英语听说读写能力，能熟练地使用英语书写商业书信；
- CET 6 以上优先考虑；
- 工作态度认真、细心；能承受较大的工作压力。

Principal Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and uploading of documents using ePro and ePro scanner application.
- Create notification letters from ePro and send to candidates via email.
- Create notification letters from ePro and send to client's team coordinators (TCs) / consultants via postal service.
- Create candidate reports from ePro and send to client's TCs / consultants via email.
- Transcribe candidate references from ePro and send to client's TCs / consultants via email.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, basic PC operations and use of Macro.
- Maintain daily transaction logs.

Requirements:
·College graduated with major in Human Resource, English, Business Administration or related major.
·Process over 1 year working experience.
·Expert user of MS Office, including MS Office Macro. Expert user of Visual Basic.
·Fluent in English reading, writing, listening and oral speaking.
·Mature, Hard-working, Detail Oriented, and can work under pressure.
