RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Maintain and update HR database and p- file to ensure all the data accuracy & in time
? Leave/ Attendence Record maintain and report update per month
? Assist to prepare training materials,set up training room and complete the training evaluate report
? Job posting, CV screen and conduct telephone interview if needed
? Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
? University student of the third grade
? Being patient and careful, paying attention to details
? Willing to learn and good at dealing with multi-tasks
? Good work attitude and team work spirit
? Strong English skills both oral and written, CET 6 or above
? Familiar with MS software including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
