大堂管理员 1名
要 求：
1、大专以上学历（大专或大学实习生优先）。
2、20～30岁，形象佳，身高165CM。
3、英语六级以上，持物业上岗证。
4、有物业管理或酒店管理经验，语言表达能力强、沟通能力好，有独立处理问题等工作经验。
5、工作积极主动，责任心强，服从领导、团结同事，有上进心。
岗位职责
1）负责接待业主的投诉、咨询、请修求助等服务；
2）盘查进出外来人员，对可疑情况及时处理或上报；
3）办理、检查大堂出入物品的放行；
4）协助本区域物业助理开展日常服务、与客户保持良好关系；
5）协助本区域物业助理级租赁专员办理服务租赁；
6）利用现有配置为业户提供商务服务（打印、传真等）；
7）上级交办的其它事项。
