Requirements:
1. University degree in Telecommunication and/ or RF- engineering；
通讯或相关专业大学本科学历；
2. At least 2 year s experience in Drive testing related field；
2年以上路测相关工作经验；
3. Familiar with various drive testing equipment and strong ability of analyzing drive testing data；
熟悉各种路测工具的使用，并能根据路测结果分析数据；
4. GSM radio network planning and optimization experience is preferable；
具有GSM网络规划及优化经验者优先考虑；
5. Able to travel within China.

职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide GPRS core and IP optimization services with the aim of improving GPRS network KPIs.
2. Promote the network optimization services to the customer in order to generate optimization sales.
3. Be flexible in terms of time availability and traveling.
4. Provide competence transfer to customer engineers.

Key tasks:
1. GPRS core optimization with a special focus on IP traffic analysis, IP routing, IP security, MMS optimization, WAP browsing optimization, SGSN parameters.
2. Improve operator KPIs (PDP context activation, GPRS attach, WAP download speed, MMS success rate, FTP speed, HTTP performance, packet loss).
3. Competence transfer for GPRS and IP optimization to customer engineers.
4. Active participation to the external and internal meetings.

Candidate expected background for the job:
1. GPRS core commissioning and integration engineer.
2. Senior IP engineer/IP network expert.

Qualification and experience needed in this job:
1. Excellent system knowledge (GPRS, IP, mobile protocols, Firewall, IP security).
2. Strong skills in IP and protocol trouble shooting ( must have Cisco CCNP at least).
3. Expert in IP security: firewall rules analysis, Intrusion Detection System, virus detection, (Checkpoint certification a strong benefit).
4. Extended experience with the following protocols: HTTP, WAP, MMS, TCP, Streaming, etc.
5. Ability to analysis Firewall, MMSC, WAP gateway, GGSN, SGSN, logfiles and measurements.
6. Expert in optimizing the IP routing.
7. Measurement and statistical tools: Traffica and Nokia NMS.
8. Nokia GPRS equipment (IPSO and DX 200 platform) and solutions.
9. Excellent presentation skills.
10. SS7 trouble shooting and parameter tuning is a plus.
11. IP/Gb/SS7 protocol analyser experience (Ethereal/K1205/MMSMAX)
12. Gb interface signaling analysis is a strong plus.
13. IP planning / Dimensioning experience is a plus.
14. Programming skills a strong plus.
