对象：今年上半年毕业的本科生及研究生 （全职offer 非实习岗）

Job description

Manage document filing, incl. hardcopies and database setup;

Conduct preliminary legal research;

Maintain governmental registration/filing for Deere entities in PRC, and act as coordinator among Deere entities in PRC in this regard;

Maintain and update Deere entity system and Legal Dept. website;

Assist to manage trademark registration in China and liaise with corp. Law Dept;

Support Board documents management among Deere China entities;

Assist to release new laws and regulations update and analysis;

Contact with Government authorities, such as MOFTEC, SAIC, etc;

Other administrative supports to Legal team.

Knowledge and Skills:

One- year or so related working/internship experience in multinational or law firm is most preferred;

Administrative skill with filing, documentation management;

Good command of English;

Good command of computer skill using the office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) & e-mail;

Team worker, and strong communication skill & interpersonal skill and time management skill.

Bachelor degree or equivalent is required.
