1. Human Performance Consulting (performance management, change management, pre-ERP HR consulting etc.)
2. Executive Search (Recruiting service for positions at middle and senior management levels)
3. People Development (management audit and development; management coaching and training etc.)

To further expand the business, the company is looking for several BD Interns. The position profile is as follows:

Job Responsibilities

1. Location: Beijing

2. Reporting to: Assignment Consultant

3. Direct report(s): Nil

4. Job scope:

 Help with client ID calls for the business development purpose
 Help consolidate and update database
 Provide supports to other ad hoc activities if needed

Qualifications

1. Age: 21 - 30 years old

2. Education: Language Bachelor or Master degree

3. Experience: Previous business experience will be a plus

4. Languages: Good command of Japanese、Korean、English and Mandarin Chinese

5. Skills and Knowledge:

 Good communication and interpersonal skills;
 Strong learning and analytical skills
 Effective teamwork skills
 Good writing skills
 Good PPT skills

6. Competencies:

 Passion to grow and succeed
 Highly self-motivated and work positively
 Achievement and results oriented
 Well organized
 Team commitment
