以前在天地人大上发过替当时实习的公司招实习生的帖子（有理解有误解有支持~）曾经说再也不在这里发招实习的帖子了~~但是刚才，在公司实习时候，认识的一个又nice 又pp的姐姐（一家4A广告公司的客户经理）要替她们公司招实习生，所以还是要来人大BBS上发个贴~这次发简历是给她本人而不是我哈
p.s: AE是account manager(客户经理)的意思，客户一般指那些有广告需求的大公司：）

AE Intern in Leading 4A agency

BBDO is a leading 4A agency, and the most awarded agency at Cannes 2008. BBDO Beijing is expanding very fast and is looking for a qualified, energetic intern to help on an international auto account. This intern will get full immersion in a 4A environment, and work with a dynamic, world class account and creative team. She/he will help on market research project, assist AM and AD on daily account management tasks, and translate and prepare strategic documents. This intern will also be involved in the entire creative development and production process. She/he will gain a big picture on how 4A agency operates, as well as hands-on experiences on the creation of a successful ad or communication strategy. This is a perfect starting point for a successful advertising career.

Qualifications
-A thinker, with good analytical skills
-A fast learner, motivated and passionate about advertising
-Thorough and detail-oriented, multi-tasker
-Good communication skills, team player
-Excellent writing and spoken English
-Major of Advertising or related will be preferred

Requirements
-Students with master degree(or above), or senior students like Master candidate who can assure the six-month attendance
-Can work 3-4 days a week， for at least 6 months

Compensation
-Up to RMB 1000/month, depending on the hour commitment
