Premier BPO Inc., headquartered in Clarksville, Tennessee provides extensive knowledge-based and voice-based business process management to North American and European-based companies from its facilities in Pakistan, India and China. As the one of the top 100 global outsourcing vendors, Premier BPO has a state-of-the-art service center in Tianjin, China. We are eagerly looking to hire individuals who can speak excellent English for sales project/s for our US customer.

Job Title:

Sales Call Center Agent

As the one of the top 100 global outsourcing vendors, we are an US company having a state-of-the-art service center in Tianjin. Presently, we are eagerly looking to hire individuals who can speak excellent English for a sales project for our US customer.

Work Duties:

Answer phones from US and provide customers with product and service information

Sell products and services.

Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.

Complete call logs and reports.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

At least a College Graduate. (Prefer English or International Trade major).

Extensive written and spoken English language skills.

Able to communicate fluently in English.

Have good computer skills (Microsoft office and internet).

Have an Impressive Personality / Friendly and Pleasant Attitude and Manner.

Preferably no or neutral accent.

Experience in Sales will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
