职位描述：定量研究员实习生一、岗位职责：1．协助进行研究问卷/方案设计2．根据要求，为项目研究收集、整理相关资料、信息 3．独立翻译问卷4．协助进行项目培训，执行及监控5．负责核对数据报告的准确性6．在指导下制定码表，制作图表7．完成上级交办的其他工作二、任职资格：1．本科以上学历，统计学、社会学或营销学等相关专业应届毕业生2. 年龄22-25岁; 性别不限;3. 对数据敏感，熟悉各类统计方法应用及熟练使用SPSS、SAS等统计分析软件，有较强的数据分析能力及表达能力;熟练使用日常办公软件；4. 英语六级以上的，听、说、读、写皆优5. 拥有高度的责任心和吃苦耐劳精神，品行端正,具有良好的职业操守，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神.6. 能适应弹性工作节奏。Research Assistant – Quantitative Responsibilities:Assist manager/researcher in designing questionnaire/research proposal Collect information using different data sources Translate questionnaire from Chinese to English and vice versaAssist manager/researcher to do the training, projection execution and monitoringCheck report data Ability to code and make charts Be able to do other required tasksRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s and above; Statistics, Sociology, and Marketing are preferred.Age: 22-25 years oldPrevious data analysis experience is preferred; familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, etc.) and MS Office.Good written and oral English skillsResponsible, good character and work ethicAbility to work under pressure7.Good communication skills and is a good team playerFlexible, ability to adapt to different work conditions 公司简介

职位描述：
定性研究员实习生
岗位职责：
协助完成项目，包括计划书，甄别问卷，大纲的设计，质量控制，报告撰写（中/英）
协助上级与访问部沟通培训，确保预约目的的准确传达和甄别的逻辑性
详细记录工作进程，并及时收集整理工作文件，如会议记录、会议摘要、项目建议书、 工作计划、过程性报告等。
协助上级在项目完成后进行文档的整理打包
完成上级交办的其他工作
任职资格：
本科学历, 英语系、市场营销、社会学、心理学等相关专业应届毕业生；
性别不限，年龄22-25岁；
对数据分析、市场研究有着基础的认知
英语六级以上的，听、说、读、写皆优，
拥有高度的责任心和吃苦耐劳精神，品行端正和良好的职业操守，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
熟练操作常用办公软件
Qualitative researcher assistant
Job responsibilities:
Assistant in achieving project, including proposal, screener and guideline design, quality control, report writing (Chinese/English)
Assistant senior to communicate and training with field work, to guarantee the recruitment process accurate and logistic
Record working process and collect working files in time, as recording meeting minutes, project recommendation, working plan, and report process, etc…
Assistant senior pack up the files after finishing the projects
Job qualification:
Bachelor degree and above, major in marketing, psychology, sociology, English, etc…
Be recognized with data analysis and marketing research knowledge
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
CET 6 with good English oral and writing ability
Be easy-going and quick response, has good communication, organization ability
Can work under pressure and be willing to going on errands
Good team player
