He is also responsible for the trouble free handling from the projects he or she has to care of. He has to represent and accomplish the interests of Royalbeach at the Chinese production sites and solve problems concern to Royalbeach conceivabilities. 质量监测员负责确保罗尔必驰在中国制造产品的完美品质,能够完成交付的项目任务,质量监测员同时需要协助解决罗尔必驰在中国的制造工厂中遇到的各种问题。 Major Responsibilities主要职责

· Responsible for Pre-shipment control, sample drawing, Dupro-inspection related to fitness equipment, outdoor equipment, , toys and medical divices. 负责出货前的控制,抽样检验和针对健身器材、户外器材、玩具和医药器材的Dupro检测。 · Tests in accordance with the relevant International and European Standards (IEC,EN and similar standards such as GB2828, ISO 2829) 使用相关国际和欧洲标准进行测试(IEC标准,EN和相似标准比如GB2828,ISO2829) · Complete self depend execution of the responsible projects. 自我执行能力,能执行完成自己负责的项目 · Responsible for continuous synchronisation and information update to Hangzhou and Royalbeach Germany QC office 做好杭州和罗尔必驰德国质检总部的信息更新和同步 · Independent tracing of discrepancies to the project and immediate reporting, formulation and enforcing of solutions 独立处理,汇报项目中的问题并及时制定和实施解决方案 · Frequent traveling (mainly PRC) 经常出差(重要是国内) · Work overtime if necessary 需要时加班

· Planning the schedule in accordance to the project requirements in consultation of the Hangzhou office Management 根据项目要求制定计划 · Continuos exchange of experiences with the team 保持团队间的相互交流 · Provide guidance, motivation & encourage teamwork of the QC Staff team members by giving helpful advises and backups 鼓励和促动质检员工的合作,提供有建设性的意见和支持 Prepare, document and coordinate regular team and one to one meetings with the general representative对团队会议、与首席代表一对一的会议进行准备,记录和协调 Implement crisis management procedures, when required in absence of the general representative. 制定实行当首席代表不在时的危机管理流程

The Operations Assistant is responsible for the trouble free activities and the smooth handling of the daily business in the Royalbeach China Representative Office Hangzhou.

运营助理负责罗尔必驰杭州代表处日常办公运作的畅通及对问题及时相应。

Major Responsibilities主要职责

· Day to day management of the whole processes will come up during the set up action of the Hangzhou office 为罗尔必驰杭州代表处的日常办公程序进行设立和管理 · Summarize all incoming information, per Telephone, Email, facsimile, etc. and report to the general representative 通过email,电话和信件等方式,将所有信息收集并摘要给首席代表 · Scheduling the QC Staffs travels in accordance to the Royalbeach shipping and project schedule 根据罗尔必驰的运输和项目安排,组织质检人员的出差事宜 · Conduct the Royalbeach Hangzhou office accounting 负责罗尔必驰杭州代表处的会计账务 · Connection between Royalbeach Germany QM office and Hangzhou office and also responsible for continuous synchronisation and information update between these two offices 作为罗尔必驰德国QM部门和杭州代表处之间的联系人,负责两个办公室之间的信息更新和同步 · Work overtime if necessary 需要时加班

Team Management and development团队管理和发展

· Ensure a professionally run front office according to Royalbeach Policy 确保办公室在罗尔必驰的准则下专业地运作 · Ensure administration of Hangzhou office finance and accounting systems and functions as well as centre month end closing including billing processing, debt control and reporting are completed in accordance with procedures. 根据标准操作流程完成每月的账单处理,债务控制的报告 · Maintain Facility & IT/telecoms management within the Hangzhou Office and RB Germany Headquaters 维护杭州代表处的IT和通信设施 · Audit month-end telecommunications billing to ensure all revenue is captured. 对月底通信账单进行审查 · Deal with all correspondence to clients as required 保持和客户的关系
