Open Position: Operations Management Leadership Program
What is the Operations Management Development Program?OMLP accelerates development of entry-level talent and produces leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the operations function at GE. Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) is an intense 2-year entry-level operations development program requiring 4 challenging rotational assignments in various GE Energy Supply Chain functions. OMLP is a pipeline for GE leaders Globally - in the past 50 years, there have been over 1560 graduates of the program. Many of the graduates currently hold senior leadership positions within GE Energy. Typical Rotation:Supplier Quality Engineer (workshop)Requirements:
--- Candidates interested in career in Global Sourcing – for GE Energy business
--- BS or MS degree in an Engineering discipline
--- Excellent academic record
--- Leadership: strong analytical capability, good communication skills, fluent English and global mindset
--- Steep Learning Curve and geographic mobility, ready for assignments in 2-3 different locations during the program
--- Candidates willing to work in manufacturing (shop floor)
--- Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality
