Our business in China registered spectacular growth during IDS 2005-2007 Strategic Plan period, with our Logistics business revenue and operating profit growing by a compounded rate of 53.2% and 63.8% respectively per annum and our Distribution business revenue and operating profit growing by a compounded rate of 50.3% and 41.4% respectively per annum. Our Logistics business operates 19 depots across mainland China with the total warehouse space of nearly 100,000 square meters. Our Distribution business operates 18 distribution branch offices with its distribution coverage extending to 150 cities reaching over 10,000 modern trade outlets.
