Position: Compensation & Benefits Associate Analyst

Job Description:

Provide a full consultative, research and analytical service within the Compensation and Benefits function across Ingersoll Rand Asia Pacific

Analyses HR trends including pay levels, HR cost and returns on people investment across Asia Pacific

Supports business leaders and Compensation & Benefits Director in producing pay market intelligence reports

May co-manage compensation and benefits projects where these exist

Candidate Requirements:

1) This is a highly consultative role and is best suited for a driven personality who desires to learn, grow and develop so as to gain a head start in their career

2) Bachelor/Master degree, major in HR is preferred.

3) Good academic records with strong analytical and logical thinking capability

4) Excellent in both oral and written English

5) Guarantee 4 days per week, fulltime is preferred

6) Experience in using Market Pay Compensation Survey from Hay Group, Mercer, Watson Wyatt and Hewitt will be an advantage
