1.软件开发组长-DEV Lead

Job responsibilities include:
• * Recruiting and Managing a team of vendor developers in China
• * Provide status report and communication between China and Redmond teams
• * Lead team of developers to design, architect and implement web services
• * Ensure engineering excellence during development process

Education and Experience –
• * 5+ years of development experience on Windows platforms, web and server experiences preferred
• * A BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline

Technical Skills –
• * Solid experience in C#, , Web services, SOAP, SQL Server, AJAX and Javascript
• * Good design skills, passion for quality and attention to details
• * Silverlight experience is a plus
• * Team management skills
• * Fluent in both Chinese and English
• * Good oral and written communication skills
• * Ability to work across multiple teams, with people of varying work styles and manage dependencies efficiently

2.项目经理-DEV PM

Responsibilities: • Define and drive product implementation, design, and feature set;
• Author technical requirement specifications;
• Ability to multi-task
• Create and manage complex project schedules;
• Make strategic tradeoffs to ship quality products on schedule;
• Drive communication and cross-group collaboration between SDEs，external teams and partners; Communicate daily with US headquarters

Job Qualifications:
• Customer focused;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Familiar with .NET Frameworks, , XML, DHTML, IIS, Windows Server 2005 and MSSQL;
• Good negotiation and conflict management skills;
• Ability to drive cross-group collaboration;
• 3 years of program management experience or project management experience required.
• Drive for results.
