■ 工作职责（具体工作内容将在入职时说明）：
1) Accomplishing the appointed research theme according to the time schedule.
2) Technical documents survey, numerical analysis, computer simulation and hardware testbed establishment.
3) Patent application, standardization document proposition and paper writing.
■ 职位要求：
1) PhD or Master holders/2009 fresh graduates in the mobile communications field.
2) Strong background in wireless transmission and signal processing technologies related to modulation, coding, OFDM and MIMO is a must.
3) Having good understanding on current cellular system standards including LTE.
4) Strong enthusiasm on pioneering new generation mobile communications.
5) Skills in DSP-FPGA are plus.
6) Good presentation and written skills are expected. Fluent in English is required. Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.

■ 职位要求：
1) Ph.D or Master holder major in mobile communications field
2) Having rich knowledge and research experience on mobile networks and their evolutions, especially
MIMO, OFDM, and radio resource management
3) High problem solving and creative thinking abilities
4) Practiced in writing and reading English technical papers, fluent in speaking English
5) Strong at mathematics and good at simulation programming
6) Having rich knowledge about system-level simulation of cellular networks is a plus
7) Published several papers in famous journals or conferences
8) Experience in patent application and participation to standardization activities are plus
9) Good teamwork and communication with colleagues and collaborators
