康明斯涡轮增压技术系统(原霍尔塞特)－设计、制造用于三升以上柴油和天然气发动机的全系列涡轮增压器及相关产品，主要应用于商用车辆和工业市场。

The Components segment is made up of four lines of business:
Cummins Filtration designs, manufactures and distributes heavy-duty air, fuel, hydraulic and lube filtration, chemicals and exhaust system technology products for diesel and gas-powered equipment.
Cummins Turbo Technologies designs and manufactures turbochargers and related products, on a global scale, for diesel engines above 3 liters.
Cummins Emission Solutions develops and supplies catalytic exhaust systems and related products to the medium- and heavy-duty commercial diesel engine markets. The exhaust systems include packaging of catalytic exhaust systems, engineered aftertreatment components and system integration services for engine manufacturers.
Cummins Fuel Systems designs, develops and manufactures new fuel systems and remanufactures electronic control modules in the United States. In Mexico, it remanufactures Cummins and other's fuel systems. This business serves engines ranging from 9 to 78 liters.

The company's investment in China currently exceeds US$200 million. Q：请问康明斯用人的理念是什么，在面试时最看中的是什么？
A：康明斯非常强调价值观，所以在用人时首先会考虑应聘者的价值观和公司是否一致，其次是能力和经验。对于应届生，因为普遍工作经验较少，所以我们会着重考虑学习能力和发展潜力。
Q：请问公司的价值观是什么？
A：正直诚信：我们恪守原则，言行必果

企业责任：服务并改善我们所在的社区

Q：请问康明斯的培训体系如何，针对新人会有怎么样的培训？
A：康明斯有着完善的培训体系：包括新员工入职培训、专业知识培训、通用技能培训、领导能力培训、轮岗、在职培训和继续教育等等。员工入职后，我们便开始对其进行全方位的系统培训，各个体系的课程分别是针对员工的在职年限、职位需求以及公司发展需求设计的。
Q：请问这次招聘对生源有什么偏好吗？
A：没有特别偏好。但在工作地点的问题上，我们会把应聘者的个人意愿纳入考虑。
Q：公司是否提供带薪年假？
A：公司注重让员工在工作和个人生活中取得平衡，每位员工都有年假，从入职开始累积计算，通过试用期后就可以使用，并随着入职年限的增加而增加。
Q：公司是否优先录用男生？
A：我们首先考虑的是应聘者和职位的匹配程度，而不是性别。康明斯是一个重视社会责任的企业，毋庸讳言，工科的女生在找工作时处于不利的位置，所以，在同等条件下，我们会给女生以更多的关注。
Q：录取的时候更看重是学校，还是学校里面的专业？
A：这取决于职位要求，对于技术性强的岗位，专业就会相对重要些。但是因为康明斯的技术在业内占有领先的地位，而且不断有新技术、新产品推出，任何人都必须不断地学习才能跟上公司前进的步伐，所以我们最看重的还是个人的品质和能力。最后是否录取，取决于笔试和面试中的表现，而不是仅仅是毕业学校和所学专业。
Q：是否可以到康明斯参观实习？
A：我们每年都向在校生提供各种实习机会，既有面向毕业生的，也有面向其他年级的，实习表现好的同学会有更多的机会留在康明斯，但实习与被录用之间没有必然的联系。
Q：进入康明斯以后有机会转去做别的工作吗？有工作轮调机会吗？
A：有。康明斯员工在同一岗位服务满18个月以后，如果前一年的绩效考核不是最后10%，都可以申请其他空缺职位，但最后能否成功转岗取决于个人能力和岗位要求。
Q：康明斯此次校园招聘人数是多少，每个地区或学校有多少名额？
A：我们一共计划招聘40多人，在每个城市或学校并没有规定名额。最终招收的人数是要根据笔试和面试状况决定的。
Q：校园招聘的流程，除了去学校现场招聘，还有没有其他的途径？
A：因为时间的限制，我们今年只去四所高校做校园宣讲，但是对于其他学校的同学，我们也同样欢迎。请在智联招聘在线投递简历，如果通过了简历的筛选，我们会安排笔试和面试，至于到底是统一安排还是个别安排，则需要视具体情况而定。
