Job Description

1. New employee logistic planning (check in and check out support , i.e.telephone, computer, netport etc…)
2. Procurement of office supplies
3. Internal and external correspondence
4. Administrative tasks (Stationary etc…)
5. Time Sheet controller
6. Support company level administration management
7. Support employee training and development
8. Department culture establishment and instilling
9. Clearly deliver the message regarding admin and other supporting processes into the dept.
10. Effectively escalate and provide solutions to Management team to enhance employee satisfaction

Competencies required

1. Good English skill in reading/writing/speaking;
2. Good command of outlook and MS Office: word, excel, ppt, project, etc;
3. Good communication skill;
4. Positive working attitude

Working time
5 working days per week, could work continuously over half year at least.

Working location
Beijing, Zhongguancun Software Park
