1赴日软件测试工程师
日本知名跨国公司离岸业务

岗位职责：
1． 到日本客户现场工作3-6个月；回国后在公司内部继续负责对日的离岸项目；
2． 密切和客户技术团队的交流，根据客户的需求实施具体项目的执行；
3． 提交Bug report，daily/weekly report给客户技术团队。
岗位要求：
1. 大学本科学历（技术签证Engineer visa申请所需）；

Job Summary: Software Test Engineer. Member of a software engineering team responsible for storage virtualization software for Unix/Linux. candidates are expected to play major roles in the testing and product evolution efforts.

Essential Functions:
1 The candidate will review product requirements & design/functional specifications to scope testing requirements, design test strategy, design new test cases.
2 The job requires Development of test infrastructure, including automation.
3 Interact with development teams and other organizations in the responsible areas. Perform functional, load, performance, scalability tests as required. Perform regression test and verify bugs fixes for maintenance releases.
4 Publishes detailed test plans and test specifications. Executes tests, reviews results, works with Development groups to identify and resolve problems.

Requirements: The successful candidate for this position will have:
• Demonstrated skills in QA and test processes
• Significant knowledge of test automation.
• Programming skills, especially in Perl or any structured scripting language will be preferred . Knowledge of C, C++ will also be desirable.
• Experience in SAN/Disk Storage is a big plus (FCP, iSCSI).
• Knowledge and Experience in Volume Manager, Clustering, RAID, etc,
• Experience with multiple Unix Operating Systems (Solaris, HPUX, AIX, Linux).
• Demonstrated ability to juggle conflicting/changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude in the face of extremely challenging deliverables.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of our products in sufficient detail so that they can analyze results and debug problems in conjunction with Development.

• Prior experience with development of system software on at least two of HP-UX, AIX, Solaris, and Linux is essential.
• Must have experience in development on SMP systems and multi-threaded programs – desirable areas of experience are device drivers, volume managers, multipathing software, and SAN management for FCP and iSCSI.
• Must have strong debugging skills, using a variety of tools including kernel debuggers.
• Object Oriented Programming experience is a must, preferably in C++ (However we will consider strong Unix/C experience along with some OO experience, e.g., Java)
