ProPlus Design Solutions, Inc., headquartered in San Jose, California, USA, is a leading technology and service provider of advanced device modeling and DFM/DFY software serving the semiconductor and electronic design automation industries. Founded in late 2006, the company successfully acquired the advanced device modeling product lines from Cadence Design Systems, Inc, including the advanced device modeling extraction tools BSIMProPlus and NoisePro, and an advanced device modeling services lab, which over the past 2 decades have served as the de-facto golden solution for leading semiconductor companies worldwide including foundries, IDMs and fables companies. The product line has a long lineage of serving the industry through its history at Berkeley Technology Associates (BTA), Celestry Design Technologies, Inc., and Cadence Design Systems, Inc., and now the tradition continues at ProPlus. Position: Device Modeling Engineer/Senior Device Modeling Engineer (Two positions)

Description: Work on the semiconductor device modeling field.

Qualifications:
* Master Degree or above in EE or related fields.
* Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics and Spice circuit simulation
* Good C/C++ programming skills.
* Good English skills in oral and writing.
* Details oriented with strong organized skills.
* Hands-on and on-time project delivery with high quality.
* The following skills and experience are preferred
- Experience in semiconductor device modeling, semiconductor physics, SPICE, circuit design.
- Background on EDA.

Position: EDA Software Engineer / Senior EDA Software Engineer (Three positions)

Description: Develop and implement EDA tools in DFY/DFM space, with special emphasis on numerical methods, linear matrix solvers, software / hardware performance optimization, and circuit analysis.

Qualifications:
* Master Degree or above in EE/CS/Applied Mathematics/Physics or related fields.
* Strong C/C++ programming skills.
* Good English skills in oral and writing.
* Details oriented with strong organized skills.
* Hands-on and on-time project delivery with high quality.
* The following skills and experience are preferred
- Strong background on numerical algorithm.
- Background on EDA related fields, such as circuit design, semiconductor physics, device modeling, SPICE, computer architecture, numerical methods, and linear algebra.
- Development experience on Linux/Unix system and/or related working experience.
- Development experience on parser and/or related working experience.

Position: Engineer on system and product maintenance (One position)

Description: Linux/Unix system maintenance; product maintenance;
specify, implement and maintain the testing system.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor/Master Degree in CS/EE or related fields.
* Experience with Perl, shell scripts on Linux/UNIX platform.
* Experience with EDA tools is a plus.
* Good English skills in oral and writing.
* Details oriented with strong organized skills.
* Hands-on and on-time project delivery with high quality.
* Strong and effective communication skills, team-work spirit, and independent working ability.
