4、善于学习新的方法和技术，能积极主动的分析和解决问题，能积极应对变化
5、熟悉Java、VB、、C/C++等开发语言工具，并熟练掌握其中一种
6、有英语或日语基础，口语流利者优先

本岗位招收2007/2008 年毕业生，入司后实习，实习期无薪资。实行优胜劣汰制，通过考核后按个人情况进行职位划分。实习期半年。
