Our client, a reputable european company is recruiting Manager of Finance and Commerce. The details is as follows：

The job responsibility:

Manager of Finance and Commercial for the Chinese Ltd. Company reporting to the General Manager in China and the Managing director of the Holding Co. in Germany
Being responsible for the monthly accounts incl. the financial reporting package to the German HQ
Dealing with local tax authorities
Commercial contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors
Commercial tender preparation
Administrative day 2 day business
Responsibility for project calculations

The candidate

has a degree in finance/ accounting / economics, MBA welcome
min. 5 years experience in construction or engineering Company
fluency in English and Mandarin, German or Spanish knowledge is an advantage
familiarity with local accounting systems
international contract management experience
flexible and dynamic
