天根生化科技（北京）有限公司研发部欲招聘一位博士（如有工作一年以上的研究生也可考虑推荐），工作职责等请详见以下：职位：项目负责人project managerMain tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position:- Planning and maintaining laboratory work and experiments - Further development of technology competence - Maintaining of existing product or services portfolio (tech training)- Communication of relevant information with necessary departments (i.e. marketing and product management or production/QC or sales specialists)- Documentation of Research Results- Expanding, screening and evaluating knowledge resources of related technologies- Coordinating and planning of reagent and lab investments with Manager 应聘要求=： Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:- University degree in related technology or subject (i.e. molecular biology)- Fluently English (oral and written) and proven presentation skills- Experienced in working in teams and projects- Proven organization skills- Proven facilitating of a laboratory team in university- PhD or master level person preferably with working experience (at least 2 years in company)- Working experience abroad preferred- Strong knowledge in PCR and RT-PCR technologies运营助理岗位职责：1、协助运营副总做好安排任务的督察工作。2、做好研发与生产的衔接与沟通工作。3、完成生产部内部技术支持工作。4、协助运营副总做好资料整理和资料翻译工作。任职资格：1、本科以上学历，生物技术及生物工程相关专业。2、英语六级以上，听说读写流利。3、有较高的责任心，工作认真细心，踏实。4、善于与人沟通，做事有想法、思路清晰。5、工作态度积极主动，责任心强，有团队协作精神。现在公司的生产部、渠道部、大客户部也在招聘人员，可随时关注公司网站。
