Jr. ASIC Layout Engineer Responsibilities: 1.Involve in creating non-volatile products with the latest submicron technology. 2.Responsible for floor planning, creating cell libraries and layout verification. Requirements: 1.BS in electronics, micro-electronics or related field. 2.Good command of English and team work spirit. 3.Have responsible and reliable personality. Details oriented. 2. IP Sales --- Engineer Responsibilities: Technical Engineering Related: Measure all the key test chips from foundry; Check WAT of all the lots from foundry; Check layout rule, electrical rule from many foundries; Design test chips for new technology. Technical engineering support for Marketing and IP Sales group. Work with the engineering group to update and create engineering datasheets and specifications. Strong microcomputer skills; Familiarity with Windows and MS Office a requirement. Marketing Related: Internal sales/customer support to IP Sales group. Support China marketing activities such as conference exhibition, creation and management of marketing materials, maintenance of Chinese website. REQUIREMENTS: 1.BS in EE required. 2.Familiar with Verilog HDL, C language, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Dreamweaver (HTML); Familiarity with IC design flow is preferred. 3.Diligent and detail-oriented. Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills. Good at writing, listening and oral English. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. 3. Product / Test Engineer RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Interface with design, test, marketing, assembly and quality engineers on all product issues 2. Drive quality and reliability improvement screens 3. Develop the test program to debug and characterize the new product. 4. Analyze root cause and implement corrective action on failure parts. 5. Handle any daily production line problem from assembly and testing houses. REQUIREMENTS 1. BA Electrical Engineering / MSEE preferred 2. Ability to utilize semiconductor memory test equipment to debug products to identify root causes 3. 1-2+ years direct experience on memory product characterization, qualification and manufacturing preferred, but new graduates also encouraged to apply. 4. Good English comprehension, writing and speaking abilities; level 6 certificate or above preferred. 5. Good communication and project management skills, ability to work in a team to meet requirements. 4. Design Engineers A junior designer is wanted in Shanghai to help develop flash memory and non-volatile memory products. The designer will have a chance to work extensively with one another senior design engineer and collaborate with a USA-based team to deliver many exciting projects to the marketplace. There is tremendous opportunity for an individual with high motivation, interest, and commitment in non-volatile memory technology to become a major contributor and leader to this company. Responsibilities: 1.Work with a senior flash and non-volatile memory designer in flash and non-volatile memory product design and development. 2.Perform digital/mixed-signal simulations on entire chips for various projects. 3.Collaborate with layout team for tape-outs and DRC/LVS verification. 4. Debug and analyze problems with wafers being prototyped for mass production. Requirements 1. Familiar with SPICE tools (HSpice, Smart-Spice, etc.) 2. Familiar with logic / analog simulation tools (Anagram, SILOS, Star-Sim, etc.) 3. BSEE required, MSEE or Ph.D preferred. 4. Digital design experience with Verilog and/or VHDL required. Analog design background in charge pump and voltage regulator another major bonus. 5. Excellent English writing and speaking abilities. Knowledge of English grammar is a major bonus. 6. Must be independent and able to collaborate well with other people. 7. Must have interest in IC and non-volatile memory design. 8.IC experience preferred.
