job description - cfo assistant

introduction

kvalue financial services co., ltd. is a fast growing professional firm providing cutting edge cfo services
and ipo related financial services. the founding partner is currently holding the cfo of a us listed company and
the cfo of an established real estate company. in addition, the firm provides high-end financial services to a number of
other public companies and large corporations in the process of being listed. due to the exponential growth, it is
looking for a talent to fill in the exciting role of cfo assistant.
principle responsibilities

assist cfo in conducting due diligence, valuation, roadshow, auditor selection and other cfo activities
be responsible for research, translation and administration
assist prepare 5 years financial forecast for potential investors
assist prepare the management discussion & analysis for us listed companies
assist clients in sox 404 documentation compensation
