The U.S.-China Education Exchange Foundation is looking for one program assistant and three summer full-time interns of our China educational program for top US universities in our Beijing office. The Foundation, a non-profit organization in Kentucky is currently working with Tsinghua University and Renmin University of China，the China Scholarship Council on several educational programs, which will bring Chinese students to study in US universities.

I.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND CRITERIA: Program Assistant
1. A university degree in management, communication, and/or development-related discipline;
2. Working experience preferred in organizing events or project implementation;
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with multi-cultural and multi-skilled teams;
5. Ability to plan own as well as team work plans;
6. Ability to handle multi-tasks effectively and under limited supervision;
7. Strong technological awareness including good computer skills (Micro soft office);
8. Initiative and commitment to learning new knowledge and skills.

II．ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND CRITERIA: Full-Time Intern
1. At least one month full time internship
2. 2nd grade of undergraduate students at Tsinghua, Peking or Renmin University preferred;
3. Fluency oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
4. Strong technological awareness including good computer skills;
5. Initiative and commitment to learning new knowledge and skills;
6. A team player, self-motivated, and quick learner
