Sales Executive (5) Top Link Conference Sales Executives are at the forefront of the company as they play an important role in research, market penetration and business development. You are responsible to develop and grow the client base through continuous research and self-education. You will maintain strategic business relations with senior executives in multinational companies and national companies through effective and professional customer relationship management. Business negotiation and confidence are key in a successful career as a Sales Executive. Sales Executives are money-driven and target oriented. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above; ideally in English, Business Administration, International Trade, etc. 2. Extremely fluent in both English and Chinese 3. Significant commercial experience and business sense 4. A superb communicator, confident on the telephone and with excellent written skills 5. A highly motivated self-starter with proven research skills and an ability to completer projects to tight deadlines 6. A team-worker, flexible, imaginative and open to new ideas 7. Fresh graduates will be considered Job Responsibility: 1. Researching key clients via Internet and other resources 2. Contacting and presenting to clients professionally. 3. Identifying clients requirement and taking records 4. Serving clients at the event -Following up with clients post-event and conduct analyses 2. Event Producer (2) Event producers are at the forefront of the company and specialize in business research and project management. You will research and put together the intellectual content of conference programs at the cutting edge of business strategy. You will be responsible for structuring the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior managers from a cross section of companies, selecting and inviting high level speakers, copy writing, designing the conference brochure and ensuring profitability of entire projects - from the initial idea to the smooth running of the event. Event producers have a lot of budgetary control and you will be making financial decisions that will have significant bottom line impact. Throughout the production cycle you will work closely with the event project manager to ensure the best possible marketing campaign and with the Sponsorship Manager to put together an effective sponsorship strategy. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above; ideally in English, Business Administration, International Trade, etc. 2. Extremely fluent in both English and Chinese 3. Using the telephone to check and update leads information 3. Providing administrative support to the Sales Team 4. Handling general administration duties as assigned by the Head of database team 5. Answering the switchboard in the absence of the receptionist Requirements: 1. Strong typing skills (English and Chinese) 2. Strong communication skills (Chinese and English), and good interpersonal skills. 3. (Required) MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel applications, SAP 4. (Desired): Flowcharting software, MS Access 5. Prior experience with databases would be a significant advantage but not essential 6. Basic Telephone research skills.
