职位描述 工作职责

* 项目进度管理—与开发人员一起将新的项目分为各个任务，并对项目时间进行评估。监督各个任务的完成进度，确保项目按时完成。

* 需求管理－保持客户与团队成员确切了解需求和进度的实时更新，保证自己确切了解客户与团队成员的需求和渴望，与客户和小组成员的沟通绝大多数用英文进行 。

* 维护－与客户共同解决他们在操作过程中遇到的困难，确认客户的问题属于错误/任务/新需求，为技术人员提供详细的出错报告。

* 培训与文档－对新系统为客户撰写培训文档进行培训，使客户可以很快掌握新功能，减少维护工作。

岗位要求：

* 良好的组织性与条理性—具备清晰的条理性和高效的工作能力。

* 注重细节和质量—相信细节决定成功，决不降低对高质量工作的追求。

* 做事有始有终-你不会放弃尝试, 直到想到并试过所有可以想象的选项。

* 客户服务意识—随时让客户及团队人员了解项目的进程与工作情况，确保随时了解客户的需求。

* 尽管去做–具有深入解决问题的能力，能够清楚并实际地解决问题。

* 良好的沟通能力（商务沟通）—善于与客户及团队工作人员沟通，良好的英文表达能力。

* 学习能力－对于软件最终用户的实际需求感兴趣，愿意了解客户的商业流程，以此来确保开发功能对于客户的实用性。

* 解决问题的能力/创造性思维－可以通过不清晰的客户需求发现真正的需求，了解到新的系统或者功能是否可以真正满足客户的需求。

* 工作经验？－理工科背景并有软件开发经验者优先，但不是必须。

Responsibilities:

* MANAGEMENT OF PROJECT SCHEDULE – Work with developers to breaknewprojects/features into tasks; Gather time estimates and commitmentsfromteam members; supervise progress on different tasks and assuretheirtimely implementation

* CORRESPONDENCE – Keep clients and team members up-to-date onallissues and progress and make sure you always know about their needsanddesires. Most of the correspondence is done in English, the restinChinese.

* TRAINING & DOCUMENTING – Help step clients through newfeaturesand create documentation that allows users quickly get up tospeed onnew features/software and reduce support calls.

* TROUBLESHOOTING – Work with clients to figure out where theyarehaving difficulties with certain features; determine if clientissuesare bugs/features/omissions; create bug reports that allowdevelopersto quickly reproduce and pinpoint the cause of any bugs.

* EYE FOR QUALITY AND DETAIL - You agree that its by minding the details that one makes the real difference.

* PERSISTANT AND THOROUGH – You wouldnt cease trying until youareconvinced that you have thought of and tried every optionimaginable.Your team mates almost call you obsessed.

* CUSTOMER ORIENTED - You get a kick out of m a k i n g sure thatourclients and your team mates are always up-to-date on all progressandissues and make sure you know his needs and desires.

* GET THINGS DONE - You are a great problem solver, with theability todive deeply into complex problems and emerge with clear andpragmaticsolutions. You wont rest until the solution you came up withisimplemented.

* GOOD (BUSINESS) COMMUNICATION SKILLS – You take pleasureincommunicating with clients and team mates. You are professionalandquick at it. Decent English are a must.

* EXCITED BY LEARNING – You are interested in what users are tryingtoaccomplish with their software and willing to learn about theirbusinessto ensure that the features being developed will beimmediatelyunderstood and appreciated by users at all levels of thebusiness.

* PROBLEM SOLVER / OUT OF THE BOX THINKING – Able to cut throughunclearrequirements and find out what a client is really trying tosolve – andwhether or not new software or features is really the rightsolution.

* PRIOR EXPERIENCE ? – Prior experience with or academic backgroundintechnologies related to software development is a plus but notrequired.
