一、Certification Engineer- R&D Productization

Description / Internal：
Plan, manage and execute the product certification activities for local and global product programs
Ensure that all relevant certification documentation is issued on time
Support the resolution of technical issues to ensure products are certified on time
Negotiation and alignment of certification schedule with product programs
Provide training and clarification on technical issues requirements and procedures to work partners
Maintaining and developing relationships with key work partners
Development of relevant processes

Qualifications / Internal：
2-3 years experience in mobile phone certification and 1-2 years experience in mobile product R&D
Understanding of product approval processes, regulations, directives, standards and test methods
Project management and communication skills to handle certification projects independently
Basic knowledge of mobile phone test methods and related technologies (e.g. GSM, CDMA, TD-SCDMA)
Good negotiation skills and team spirit to work in a multicultural service organization
Good written and spoken communications skills (Chinese and English)
May require occasional domestic and international travel
BSEE or equivalent required

二、Design Engineer, Application Software- S40/30 Software

Description / Internal：
o Participate in customer requirement analysis and identify the SW components that needs to be developed, make Analysis & System Design for new features
o Perform works including design, implementation, module testing and bug fixing for SW components
o Responsible for the documentation of related design, implementation and error correction documents
o Provides technical support to e.g. partners
o To study/follow-up/evaluate new applications, UI designs and other related technologies and to provide information for product planning
o To follow ISA SW engineering process and to solve engineering problems
o Error-tracking, quality control and risk management

Qualifications / Internal
1) M.Sc or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or similar field is required.
2) 5+ years of work experience in embedded software development and real time programming.
3) Good team worker with strong analytical and problem solving skills plus work experience with engineering team located in multiple sites. Self motivated and achievement oriented.
4) Proficient in C programming and familiar with Object-Oriented design technology.
5) Good command of written and oral English.
6) Experienced on Nokia S40 SW development and experience working with PlatoEdit/Vader would be a plus.

三、UI design engineer- S40/30 Software

We are looking for a talented and experienced User Interaction design engineer with technical writing, usability as well as user interaction design skills to join our SW development team, and work along with software developers to design and document UI features.

Your key responsibilities are:
Create UI design proposals; write UI specification based on approved design proposal.
Coordinate UI proposal/UI specification evaluation and review meetings
Participate in evaluation and review of UI design proposals and UI specifications owned by other designers
Maintain responsible features, understand the market situation of the feature and suggest for improvements.
Handle usability issues, including organizing usability tests, conducting end-user need study, and collecting feedback from the field.

Qualifications / Internal
Excellent technical writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Good understanding of computer sciences and technology.
Understand user needs and strong logical thinking ability.
Knowledge of internationalization and localization within Nokia.
Knows about usability concepts/guidelines for user interaction design. Knowledge of previous usability studies from Nokia and other parties can be a plus.

Beijing Graphic design team is a part of NOKIA global graphic design organization. Graphics Designers work with SW development team, interface designers and product team to create impressive user interfaces and art work for NOKIA mobile handsets.

Youll be responsible for following tasks:
Create graphic designs following Nokia graphic desing principles and processes.
Responsible to maintain designed featues, correct errors and make regular releases.
Take research responsibility for future or region APAC graphic design trends.
Cooperate with relevant parties to clarifiy design requirement, delivery schedule and review the designs.
Qualifications / Internal
2 years of experience in mobile terminal graphics design.
Experience in using industry standard graphic design tools, for example, photoshop, Visio, Illustrator, Flash lite, Firework, and 3d max
Familiar with 3D Graphic Model/Design is plus
Experience creating on-line graphics and converting artwork into electronic files.
Proficient on PC and MAC PCs
