Recruitment AD.(IT Field Engineer)
Purpose:

To install, configure, maintain and repair customer's network equipment and to provide field technical support to users, major on Cisco network equipment.

Responsibilities:

This individual provides installation & maintenance services at customer locations on Routers, Switches, PC & peripherals, Server, DSU, CSU and PBX Systems
Other responsibilities include but not limited to the following
To process the job according to the remote instruction via English conference call if it's necessary
Responsible for customer satisfaction
Preventive maintenance of equipment
Packing & shipping of parts for repair
Overtime & after hours stand-by and shift work

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

Fluent in English both spoken and written is a MUST.
Be interested in computer and internet technology, basic knowledge of PC hardware& software and network is a MUST
Cisco, Microsoft, Nortel or Novel technical certifications are an asset.
Must be capable of working independently.
To be experienced in provision of multiple services is prefer.
To possess excellent customer service skills is prefer.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Aggressive, self-motivated and have Passion to Win
Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Minimum college diploma.
Must be legally able to work in Shanghai, China
