Job Responsibility:
Project Execution Support
Conduct research (secondary as well as primary), consolidate data and prepare/support analysis
Draft and format presentations, reports & papers
Database entries and maintenance
Support consultants in their daily work
Support data research and analysis
Support consultants with composing document
Support knowledge management efforts
Reporting:
Reporting directly to the local Principal/ department manager
Internal Relationship:
Interact with project team member in local office as well as other offices
Requirement:
Education:
University degree or study in the field of business administration, economics, industrial engineering or communication science ( graduated or at least in 3rd year of study)
Languages:
Fluency in spoken and written English & Chinese
Must have sound Chinese knowledge
Experience & Skills:
International work/study experience of at least half a year (preferably in China)
Strong analytical background
Profound knowledge of Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Internet applications
Excellent communication skills
Characteristics:
Hardworking, willing to learn
Independent, creative
Organized and thorough
Strong orientation towards zero-defect, high efficiency and on-time delivery
