职位一：商标代理人助理

职位描述：
为商标代理人处理外国公司商标申请、异议、诉讼等工作提供协助工作。
商标代理人助理的职业发展方向是在协助代理人工作的过程中，积累相关的知识和经验，最终成为可以独立办案的商标代理人

职位要求：
1、名牌大学英语专业本科或硕士学历；或英文法律双学位；
2、具备专业英语八级水平；
3、英文读、写能力优秀，有优秀的英文翻译及撰写能力，中文表述清晰；
4、喜欢做文案性的工作；
5、工作踏实、细致、耐心、注意细节；

职位二：专利代理人助理

职位描述：
本职位的员工是作为复合型高级人才专利代理人为培养方向。本职位的员工在有经验的代理人的指导下，逐步从事专利发明文件翻译、校对，代理客户的专利申请及为客户提供高度专业的相关法律服务。

职位要求：
1、计算机软件、半导体材料、冶金(金属)加工、通讯与信息、机电、光学、IT、物理、化学等理工科专业硕士及博士学历；
2、英文六级以上水平，具备优良的英文翻译能力，文字表述清楚准确；
3、有相关专业领域工作经验优先考虑；
4、博士学历优先考虑；
5、若具备良好的日语、德语（第二外语）水平的优先考虑；
6、喜欢从事法律及文字工作，性格耐心细致，有良好的沟通协调能力。
