Customer Services Officer (Town Office)

Job Description:

Answer telephone enquiries;
Provide reservations and phone check-in services;
Perform general ticketing duties at Dragonair's ticketing counter at Beijing Town Office;
Promote Dragonair's products.
Qualifications

PRC local nationals and is legally allowed to work in Beijing and/or holding Beijing Hukou;
University graduate in any discipline;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
Good customer services & interpersonal skills;
Strong sense of responsibility;
Willing to work on shifts;
Airline experience is an advantage.
