Job Description
-Release recruitment ad. (include Internal opening, Local media, Company website and Fasco website)
-Do resumes first screening and interview arrangement
-Deal with the formalities for new joiners and resigned staff, and make staff movement monthly report
-Establish, update and ongoing maintain staff personal files
-Check annual / sick leave applications and make a systemic leave records by individual and departments
-Coordinate with HQ to organize in-house training locally
-Assist on staff travel arrangement
General Requirements
-University degree
-At least 1 years HR related experience
-Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
-Good customer services & interpersonal skills
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Willing to work under pressure
-PRC local nationals with legal working status in Shanghai and/or holding Shanghai Hukou and/or working permit

简单说明一下，HR方面的相关经验非常非常非常非常非常非常重要，不可以是那种在部门内做影帝影后的事情，一定要对HR的责任工作有了解；

虽然要求里面没有提及，但是因为是人事方面的职位，所以还是要相关专业的优先考虑；

薪水方面按照资历来算的，应届生的话税前2800-3000的样子，和上海外服签；

一开始会有人带你一段，但基本上都是独立操作，所以学习能力要强；
