Waves Audio Limited has an open position for Office Administration.

Responsibilities include the following:

1.Maintaining and supporting the daily office operation and supplies.

2.Providing secretarial and administration support which includes making arrangement for appointments, travel, etc.

3.Financial reports and spreadsheets, including invoice checking.

4.Providing customer service support.

5.Other miscellaneous office tasks.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree.

2.1-2 year experience (Outstanding new graduates are also encouraged to send their CV).

3.Excellent verbal and written English; CET 6 above.

4.Good computer skills.

5.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

6.Independent motivation and ability to handle the job on timely manner.

7.Working in a dynamic environment.

8.Patience, flexible and open-minded attitude, working well under pressure.

9.At least one year commitment required.
