要求：
• 至少具有三年或者两年以上软件开发经验
• 具有C++ / Java or Python开发经验
• 具有2.0经验和C#的优先 ; Unix server
• 成功的多面手，具有自我创新，与他人合作，快速适应变化的能力，
并且能承受一定压力
• 具有计算机科学或者其他相关专业的硕士学位或学士学位
• 语言：英语会话，中文

职责：
• 积极参与软件设计研讨
• 负责实施设计图纸，使其变为实物并运转
• 执行分析，软件设计，编码，发现并解决问题，单元测试
• 代码编写实用性强且可读性强
• 设定个人目标，并负责执行
• 诊断性能瓶颈，并实施优化

C++/ Java or Python developer

Do you thrive as part of a talented and highly agile engineering team?
We e looking for software engineers to help improve, scale and develop
the BestHouse platform.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of software development experience
* Experience with C++ / Java or Python;
* Bonus: experience with 2.0 and preferably C#; or Unix server
* Successful multi-tasker, as well as a self starter who is able to work
well with others and can adapt to changes quickly in a high pressure
startup environment
* MS/BS in Computer Science or related background preferred
* Languages: Conversational English & Chinese mandatory

Responsibilities
* Participate actively in software design discussions
* Develop ideas from a high-level description to a shippable product
* Perform analyses, software design, code, troubleshooting, and unit testing

* Write code that is both functional and elegant
* Set individual goals and take responsibility for executing
* Diagnose performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations
