Job Description:
- Assist supervisor with establishing administration, general affairs and security management related working development plan and the management of public health;
- Assist auditing, supervision and implementation of the HR and Administration rules and regulation;
- Purchase, maintain and distribute company stationery;
- Make a record of employees’ attendance, various vacations and outgoing;
- Distribute daily and holiday welfare;
- Assist to purchase, maintain and repair company’s fixed asset;
- Complete the temporary tasks assigned by supervisor;
- Interpret in large-scale meeting;
- Arrange the appointment, meeting room and make reservation of business travel;
- Be clear of the general manager’s schedule and make appointment of the visitors;
- Divert incoming calls, receive visitors and notify relevant department;

Education Background:
English Major Bachelor or above

有行政或前台经验者优先；英语六级，需兼前台。
