Required:
1) Good enough in English to talk with.
2) C++ (knowledge of the QT), multi platform experience. Strong mathematical

knowledge. Low level programming, strong theoretical backgrounds in encryption a
nd

compression, and transmission of data over IP-networks.
3) The VERY senior Architects/Researchers (three required) that can write & defi
ne the

roadmap & architecture for the coming year; and the experienced developers (at l
east three)

who can deal with any problem client runs in to.
4) Research disk caches, low level drivers, Volume Shadow Copy Service, Low Leve
l

Exchange, Oracle interfacing, but also Sybase, DB2 etc. Notes, replication enter
prise

features, home user GUI.
5) Support for RISC processors, like Mac PowerPC or HP-UX, Sun SPARC.
6) Plus, most important free thinkers. People that can think outside the box

invent something new, set new boundaries. And quick adopters.
