职位描述
Position Title: Material Planner

General Purpose of Job:
To manage material cycle count reconciliation, inventory control coordination; work with colleagues from other departments to make sure that the supply chain is running smoothly.
To implement programs and processes to support the manufacturing and assembling of products

Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan for material that will be used in production
Collect sales forecast on a weekly/monthly basis and compile the data for inventory analysis
Coordinate with production dept to ensure on-time delivery
Load purchase orders into MRP and follow up the order delivery
Vendor performance review
Manage the in and out shipments
Control inventory both to hit the inventory level and to satisfy customer orders
Maintain material info in Accpac for MRP running
Follow up import shipments with Customer broker

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ideal candidates need to possess a College degree in engineering/science or in a related field.
1-2 years working experience in production/material control. An intern who can be on board in June and stay with us for six months could be taken into account.
Knowledge of MRP, material planning and control methods.
Computer proficiency (MS Office) required.
Circumspective, conscientious, studious
