Position: Purchasing Coordinator - Intern

Job Summary

Responsible for operative day-to-day management of purchasing for production

• Undertake purchasing order, arrange internal logistics including stock and shipment of orders

• Contacting suppliers requesting quotations

• Maintain stock control and keep record

• Control and evaluation of vendor arrangements as necessary

• Carry out duties in line with HS&E procedures

Qualification

• Flexible with Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent IT skills including knowledge of word, excel and PowerPoint

• Familiar with ERP systems as BaaN or SAP or similar.

• Familiar with the mechanics of manufacturing business operating

• Familiar with electrical components like contactors, circuit brakes etc.

• Knowledge, Experience of the foreign trade and international business

• Good written and verbal English

注：

1. 岗位性质: 长期实习（6个月），比较适合大三或大四学生。最好能立即到岗，每周能保证3天（包括3天）以上的工作时间。如果能每天到岗将优先考虑。

2. 薪资按照日薪（每天上班的按照月薪）计算，平均70元/天/8小时 （上班时间：9：00-17：30）

3. 办公地点：南汇工业园区宣中路1号 (工作地方相对比较偏远，但是有班车，可参照下面的班车表看看是不是方便)
